Shipping + Return Policy
All sales are final.
If a package is lost or items are incorrect/broken, please message me to discuss possible options. In the case a refund is processed for any reason that is not my fault, shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable and will NOT be included.
There are countries my shipping service does not ship to at the moment. Please check this site before making an order! All orders addressed to the countries listed in the link will be refunded and cancelled.

International customers, please be aware you may be charged a customs fee upon receiving your package. Your orders may take longer to ship due to covid and/or your country's customs.
I am unable to mail any packages to Germany due to its shipping laws. Apologies!

Once your order has been shipped, postage fees cannot be refunded. I will not be responsible for any errors on the addresses I was provided with. I will NOT be accepting any refunds due to incorrect addresses.
Packages will include tracking. Flat envelopes will NOT include tracking.
Orders containing only flat items such as stickers or prints will be sent out in a flat envelope. They will NOT include tracking. If you would like to add tracking for a flat item order, please add the "Add Tracking" item to your cart. Adding tracking is recommended to ensure we know where your package is. I cannot and will not be responsible for any lost orders without tracking.
Packages to countries covered by USPS will contain tracking. I will not be responsible for packages misplaced or lost by shipping services as long as I am able to provide proof that the postal service has received my packages and I've made no mistakes filling in the address we've been provided. Once a package is marked arrived, I cannot help you.
I will not accept any refunds on packages returned by the postal office until I've received the return package. Any transaction fees, shipping costs, and custom fees inccured will NOT be refunded.
Orders will pre-order items will be shipped all together once pre-order items arrive.
If your order contains a pre-order item, then everything will be shipped together during the dates/time period stated in the pre-order item's page unless delays occur, which should be announced on my Twitter.
Product grades
Regular A-Grade products may contain no or small blemishes that cannot be seen unless closely and carefully inspected. Please note that epoxy resin are applied by hand and it is impossible for all items to be perfect.
B-Grade items are products that have minor defects. These blemishes can't be seen from afar but may be obvious when held at arm's length. Thus these products are sold at reduced prices.
C-Grade items are products with obvious defects. I'm not sure I even want to put these up for sale actually... TT TT
If you send in a dispute with photos of any flaws, you will be referred to this grading guideline. Please note that a number of our products are hand-made. We do not and cannot guarantee absolute perfection in each and every product item.
Disputes must be sent within 30-days of the product's arrival. I am not responsible for any blemishes as a result of daily use or customer mishandling.
